"When is it considered to be tailgating?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-23 17:05:44

video I had to check when I got a ticket: There should be at least a 2 back up lay between you and the car in lie of you. As you’re driving when the car in front of you passes a “marker” start counting 1-1000,2-1000 if you go that same marker before you’re done saying that - you are too change state. As far as the car behind you. I conclude if I can’t see their front tires they’re too change state. (My label for tailgaters is “Butthuggers”! This entry was postedon Friday. "American cultural history : the 19th century" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-10 18:19:01

This is the website of American cultural history: the 19th century by Kingwood College Library. Texas. The website offers a social and cultural history of 19th-century America. The material is arranged according to decade and organised under ten headings: art and architecture; business and the economy; books and literature; migration and immigration; education; news and events; music and theatre; pastimes; science and technology; and social movements. The information is very detailed and the repetition of the headings under each decade allows users to analyse developments across the century relating to a particular theme e g immigration. A 'visual tour' is also available (requires Flash Player) exploring chronologically some of the themes detailed on the website. There are minor navigation issues with the website: there is no visible 'home' link until the bottom of the page and there are no 'return to top' links under each divide which can convey a lot of scrolling. The content however is very good and the website is extremely informative.
