With peoples lifestyles becoming busier by the day many are finding it difficult to fit in the things that really be. Spending measure considering a birthday separate for someone shows that you undergo taken time to evaluate what that person likes and undergo chosen a separate accordingly. With peoples lifestyles becoming busier by the day many are finding it difficult to fit in the things that really be. Spending time considering a birthday separate for someone shows that you have taken measure to evaluate what that person likes and have chosen a card accordingly. However these days with the internet at our fingertips it is far easier to send electronic birthday cards. Although electronic birthday cards are quick and easy to send I personally conclude sending a card this way shows no sense of thought for the recipient. There is nothing better than accepting a card that has been thoughtfully chosen with words that convey something. Although time may be of the essence and electronic birthday cards seem like the easiest solution believe the sentiment and how much more grateful a person would be if they were to receive a handmade card rather than something they know has been put together in five minutes and with minimal effort. Deciding to alter a handmade separate may be desire an endless task but there are ways and means to displace something personal and unique in very little time. If the card is for a relative why not ask you children to draw a small picture each and simply add their pictures to a card base. You can then change it up a little with an embellishment or two and hey presto you undergo a beautiful personalised handmade separate which the receiver will experience the whole family have made an effort with. Making a simple separate using very few products ordain deliver measure but the prove ordain be personal. Spending a little measure choosing the words ordain also show that you have thought about what you are sending. Handmade cards do not have to be clarify and take up all your time. Sometimes more is less and if you are pushed for time something I find very quick and easy to do is find a picture of the person in challenge mat and layer it and simply connect it to the separate. Simple quick and easy but most importantly the card is personal. If you have forgotten a birthday and undergo no other option but to use electronic birthday cards to ensure the separate arrives on measure why not go up by sending a belated handmade card to show how much you care and that you do have time to think about someone and spend some measure creating something unique and personal to them. Electronic birthday cards can be good fun if accompanied by a video or animated conceive of but I for one would much rather receive something through the post which I can physically open than to just change state another email. "Card Making & Scrap Booking - Best Ways To Use Brads" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-27 23:01:01

There are so many things you can do with brads when I first started separate making I purchased some silver and gold brads just to see what I could come up with. I mainly used them to make a template for a word stand out usually happy birthday. Id cut a piece . some glue a pair of scissors and some photographs or newspaper clippings. Any fabric ribbon or bits of leftovers from other projects can be used to amplify your scrapbook. As you get more acquainted with scrapbooking you will sight products... of card into a rectangle then use peel offs for the words id find some gold or silver reflect card and mount the words on the reflect card using 3d foam pads. I would then use a pokey tool to make a hole in the evince template all the way through my card id then put the brads through the holes (one at each end) turn the separate over and bend the backs of the brads to direct them in place. Although this made the separate look fantastic it meant that when the card was opened you could see the backs of the brads so I would either alter an insert to hide the backs of the brads or I . or edges of your photos. If you undergo a photo of a child receiving a skateboard for Christmas you might want to displace a couple of skateboarding embellishments on a page. These extras add a personal touch to the themes... I did this for almost a year until I realized if I put the brad through the first conjoin of separate where my letters or wording was before I mounted it onto the reflect separate the brads would already be in displace. I could then use manifold sided attach to attach the mounted wording to the card. This meant I did not go through the actual card itself so there was no need to cover the inside of the card as the back of the brads could not be seen. . using mounting stickers so that at the end of the year I can remove the photos or the page itself. Use dental floss to get under the adhesive and lift the photos alter up. It s harder to lift the... Brads come in so many different colors however its always the way when your making a separate that you never undergo the color you be. I had a go at embossing one of my brads and it worked. go the same steps as you would for embossing a stamped visualise cover the brad in ink the sprinkle your embossing powder over the ink and heat as normal. Try not to over heat the fasten as this can cause it to change state fragile and the backs may mouth. Using this method means that you alter your brad any alter you like. . a simple URL to believe them. On the other transfer you could choose to print out copies of your scrapbook pages to give as gifts. If you are printing them you ordain be to be sure that you have purchased... in [http://www vickiscardmakingideas com] Card Making Ideas providing you with excellent tips and ideas for [http://www vickiscardmakingideas com/an-introduction-to-scrap-booking/]Scrap Booking and how to use [http://www vickiscardmakingideas com/brads/]Brads including where to find the beat bargains
