Seaglass Performing Arts Artistic Director has announced its new chorale director is Arthur Kenne. Kenne has studied with leading singers from the opera stages of Europe and the United States as well as with singers from the musical theater and pop/jazz worlds while living in New York City. He sang freelance with professional choirs and also sang with the Canticum Novum Singers and the Stonewall Chorale. As a conductor he has worked with choirs of all ages and abilities. He recently completed an MA degree in &lt;a href=&#039;http://bethdepwe.musicalblogs.com/&#039;&gt;music&lt;/a&gt; at the University of London then returned to the states moving to Portland.
Kenne is looking forward to directing the chorale for the two December concerts in Sanford and Saco featuring Handel&#039;s Messiah and other holiday favorites. For information about the Seaglass Chorale contact Seaglass Performing Arts at 985-8747 or visit www seaglassperformingarts org.
